Over the past few years Michael Cameron has always been available for me whenever I have needed him to help me get out of my computer problems and has always been able to do the work not only competently, but also cheerfully. I would also like to add that he has never gauged me, but has always charged me fairly. I would heartily recommend him to anyone who needs help with their computer problems.

Michael has helped me throughout the years on my computer as well as my daughter and son in laws computers. He is very knowledgeable and diligent in everything he does and will not stop until he has resolved the issue. He is trustworthy which is rare in this day and age and I would highly recommend his services.

Michael did a great job setting up several of my computers to make sure they have the necessary software and protection items to be at its optimal use. He's also been there as a kind of on-call tech support to help troubleshoot past issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I evaluate each case for pricing, ability to pay, and allow discounts for pre-payment. Although I state a fixed price, I am willing to consider extenuating circumstances and other factors in considering a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk you through a 10 minute process to install a temporary application to be able to connect to your computer. I take it from there. You can view what I'm doing, and we can chat online or over the phone as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certificate of Completion in Information Technology and Computer Networks (30 units), and am working my way towards a Bachelor of Science. I am also CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certified. My CCNA certification is pending.
