FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really does depend on the job and what all is involved. I have a daily minimum I need to make just to survive. That doesn't mean I charge that to every person. I may have several different jobs in one day that gets me to the daily amount I need. If you just need a variety of different task that I can complete in one day, I will be more than thankful to provide my services to you on a daily rate as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a time to meet and view the job. At this time I will provide my portfolio showing recently completed work along with references. I will provide copy of identification for customers benefit. Discuss my customers needs and get the project taken care of to my customers satisfaction. If customer is available at the first meeting, I get started right away. If materials are needed, I will be glad to go get them and let the customer reimburse me once the job is complete. You should never hire someone that asks for money before the job is complete. My goal is to complete the job with my customers wants and needs first. Every customer I have here locally always call me with additional work when they need it and have all given me great references and reviews. When I'm in your space I show the utmost respect for your home or business and always clean up when done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience as a professional artist. I have well know pieces hanging still in several businesses throughout the south. I have owned my own business since 2008. Spent time working for other contractors until I realized I wasn't able to cut corners to satisfy their "time quota". I just can't perform a job unless it's done right.
