Mickey showed up early to assess the job and to converse with the AT&T tech. The job ended up being more complicated than what he first thought, but he went and took it upon himself to do the job right. I am so happy with his professionalism, demeanor, and work ethic. I would definitely hire him again for other services because of my experience with him on this job.

Excellent service! Mickey made sure he provided exactly what we wanted, stayed late to finish the job and cleaned up before leaving. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and his knowledge. I would highly reccommend ProForm Techs to anyone needing computer or media installation/service.

The service technician was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the problem with the computer, contacted the computer manufacturer and negotiated a warranty issue. He charged a fraction of what he could have. We are going to stick with ProForm Techs as our go to computer and network professionals. Could not give them a higher rating.
