- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the miles between us & the need of my client. I am very competitive and my clients will have the peace of mind that all of their animals/babies are well cared for. I like to send my clients with updates as well as pictures so it makes them feel better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I've received the initial email, I will respond back via email typically within 24-36 hours. Once we've established the need of their animals, I will give a quote & go from there. I almost always try to meet the clients as well as their pets before the owners leave but in some rare last minuet situations I've made exceptions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30+ years working with many different types of animals. I absolutly love animals and do my very best to protect and advocate for as many as I can.
