Introduction: Debbie Chapman began her yoga journey in 2010 as a way of reducing stress from her busy event business and to find relief from a back injury. She fell in love with it and took her first Teacher Training Course 2 years later. She is a certified instructor and is registered with Yoga Alliance. In addition to the 200-hour certification she earned from YogaWorks in 2013, she also completed a 200-hour certification from Daniel Hickman, Silk Road Yoga Sangha the same year.
Debbie discovered the transformational powers of yoga through her own healing experience from a back injury and has since, become passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. Her passion and focus is on the therapeutic and restorative elements of yoga and on the individual needs of each student, not perfect poses. Her sessions are designed to teach flexibility, strength, breath capacity and a sense of calm. In each session you will learn how to reduce stress, relieve pain and promote physical and spirtual wellbeing. She strives to teach her students to cultivate happiness, balance and acceptance of themselves, through mindful living and the mind, body, soul connection.
