My tenants called me a few days prior to my contact with Austin- regarding the A/C unit into rental. The quote I revived before contacting Austen for a second opinion was 6k to replace the unit (was told the entire unit should be replaced and that the condenser needed to be replaced - the condenser alone would be 3500). I contacted Austin two days later, they went out to the house the same day for a free estimate, and was told the unit just needed some Maintence for 100. What a relief and surprise!!!! I was expecting a huge bill!!!! To anyone looking for an honest repair company — without doubt I would recommend—
