Steve was personable and knew that the reason we were having problems with boxelder bugs even after the first frost was due to the harvest of soy beans. We felt comfortable with him and will be calling for another treatment for the outside before harvest next year. This was the first time I used the internet to contact someone and only corresponded via email. Turned out to be a successful outcome. Thank you Steve!!!
