Introduction: I recently graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Culinary Management from the International Culinary Institute at The Art Institute of Salt Lake City. I am also the Executive Chef at Whole Foods Market Park City. I am always looking for an outlet for me to be creative. I strive to work with sustainable products in sustainable ways. I am open to cooking all cuisines and love to place an emphasis on local ingredients.
I love making people happy, and I love to sharing my passion for food. I love giving guests no experiences with food as well recreating ones from their past. The joy that food can bring is a pure joy to me and I love delivering that.
