Introduction: While pursuing my career in counseling I have been asked on multiple occasions what lead me down this path. For me, there was not just one moment, but many moments that all guided me in the same direction. I will never claim to have stood exactly where you are standing or feel the exact emotions you are, but I do know what it’s like to face uncertainty in life. I specialize in helping people with anxiety find understanding behind their anxiety and teach techniques to use every day to cope and live the fulfilling life desired. As a counselor, I am here to help individuals and couples process thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, while helping facilitate the changes they would like to make and achieve the goals based on each client's wants and needs.
