Gene Denton from Its Gotta Go was one of 4 contractors we looked at to replace our shower. Out of all 4 he was the only one that got back to me the same day and had a bid to us within 2 days of seeing the project. He worked with me to meet my budget and started the project on the day promised. Bob came to work early each morning and worked all day. He pointed out some wood rot from moisture leaking in our old shower, he replaced the wood and repaired the walls even with the unexpected repairs the job was completed in 5 days. Each afternoon before leaving he cleaned the area and when he finally left the shower was in, doors on, wall painted, trash hauled away and everything was vacuumed and cleaned. Both Gene and Bob were very personable. I would highly recommend Its Gotta Go.

Have nothing but Very High Praise to Gene and Company, "Its Gotta Go". The product is outstanding and workmanship of the two workers installing excellent. NO CUTTING CORNERS. Our remodeling was a new kitchen floor, granite counter top, back splash, two bathrooms, entry floor and new front door. The workers were here every day and cleaned up each day. Gene gave us a referral sheet of 7 people to call and each response was excellent and very happy. So if you are thinking of a remodeling project, you will not be sorry or disappointed with "Its Gotta Go". Scale of 1-12 in ratings, we give a "12". Happy Customers

I have had a lot of contractors over the years and It's Gotta Go ranks up near the top, if not the top. Everything about Gene and his primary worker (Bob) was exactly as promised. Bob is such a detail person, that overtime I went to ask him about something he had already thought about it and had a solution. We completely remodeled our master bath and this project had several issues pop up and each one was death with completely. We couldn't be happier with the finished bath and will use It's Gotta Go for our next remodel project. They're the best!

Every aspect of Gotta Go’s work was simply superb! Gene’s team was always on time, courteous, completely trustworthy, cleaned up every day, and did outstanding workmanship! We renovated our master bath, and now the master suite is the nicest part of our house. I couldn’t recommend Gotta Go enough! They will definitely be the only ones we call for our next project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its Gotta Go offers free in home assessment. Every job is different although some of the core work to be done can be the same in many of the projects you might be considering at your home. Site conditions, accessibility, material selections, and overall scope of work are often factors that can affect the final price of most projects making it difficult to have a "standard price".Our bidding process is designed to be turn-key. In other words, the price quoted is the price you will pay unless upgrades are requested, changes to the original scope of work are made, or hidden issues not known at time of quote become an issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once initial contact has been made, an in-person visit is scheduled. During this visit the ideas a homeowner might have for their project are discussed, we will also offer some suggestions as needed, and begin the process of figuring out what the total cost to do the work will be. A detailed estimate will be provided, expected timeline, and the overall scope of work to be included.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Its Gotta Go a family owned native company with over 30-years remodeling Bathrooms and kitchens. Everything we have learned we have done so through hard work, working with other master tradesman, and possessing an aptitude and love for what we do. Its Gotta Go stays up with the newest products by attending remodeling trade shows.
