- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate varies depending on the number of hours required to complete a project. If you break it down to an hourly rate it would be between $50 and $60.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer and find out what their needs are and what they hope to accomplish with their project/company. I give them suggestions, based on my public relations experience as to what works and what doesn't. Through our discussion we determine how many hours are required to do the job. I send the potential client a proposal outlining my services that includes my rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Journalism/Advertising with a double minor in Business and Psychology. As a seasoned publicist with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in a variety of genres such as music, home video entertainment, television, consumer products and non-profit organizations.
