This was without a doubt the worst repair experience I have ever had ever anywhere. Technician did not understand the problem. Forced me to order the wrong parts. Then could not fix it. Then he lost scanner. Also, was very non-responsive despite me emailing him, texting him, and calling him constantly. I had to buy a replacement scanner and asked him to reimburse me. He refused. Whole process took almost three months. Three months I was without my scanner I needed to run my small business.
