Kiara's Dance Studio

Introduction: Kiara Brown danced competitively for 14 years and continues to train and work professionally to this day. Kiara's training in Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Ballet, Salsa and Hip Hop led her to be awarded numerous scholarships to programs such as The Pulse and Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive. She has also won various National and World Titles as a soloist. Kiara continues to teach classes and private instruction at various studios around the United States. She is committed to a positive dance education and is thrilled to share her passion for the art of dance. Kiara is able to run a stimulating, challenging and varied extra curricular dance program across any dance studio where she teaches. On a personal level she is a fit individual who can perform physical activities beyond a normal level. DUTIES: Delivering the best possible age-appropriate skills, content, and materials (including movement, terminology, choreography, and technique) Evaluating each student upon completion of class to determine any action that is necessary to maximize the best results for each student. Offering challenges that will raise you to the next level Preparing creative methods to implement proper technique. Fine tune (clean) choreographed dances for performances and competition teams. Responsible for implementing dance lesson plans and curriculums and providing close supervision to you.
