- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultative contact by phone to fully understand requirements & expectations, and share our own feedback and recommendations. We recap the conversation by email and ask client to review it. After that our team gets together to come up with the optimal solution, after which a follow up conversation takes place to ensure customer satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Family owned business. Owners have degrees in engineering, advertising, PR, and medicine. Background includes Fortune 500, startup, midsize companies. Domestic and international experience. Extensive experience in real estate. Strong communication skills to ensure all clients receive premium service throughout the process.
