- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge any travel time. The clock starts when we arrive at your door to begin moving. We do not require a deposit. We find flat-rate pricing to be the most fair and transparent. This way both client and professional are on the same page. Everything included is detailed: how many movers, how many hours, size truck, equipment, tools, packaging materials and the cost of any additional hours if needed. We also cut our additional hourly rate in half if only a half hour is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to do an in-home walk-thru with all our new clients if there is ample time. If there is not enough time to schedule an in-home appointment we offer a virtual walk-thru via video chat, we can always discuss your move details on the phone and even by text or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Degree in business management -CDL drivers -10+ years in packaging/shipping industry
