- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have flat rate for tax preparations, we charge by forms, depending on each taxpayer's needs. We also work with Corporate returns and prices are also calculated according to the forms used on each return. Since we estimate returns for free, we encourage clients to schedule an appointment and come in so we can provide an accurate estimate for the return and the preparation fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we'd rather meet our clients face to face and be able to build a report, get to know them well enough to accurately produce a return. We provide estimates free of charge because we want clients to experience our service first. Once they feel confident with us, then we'll file the return if they choose to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Becoming part of Liberty Tax Service, was the best thing we could ever done, we have many workshops and training throughout the year, conventions, Liberty College, Tax schools... and intensive certification tests and webinars that we are required to attend in order to even sit behind the desk at any Liberty Tax Service. Months of trainings, teachings, and dedication to make sure we're up to speed on the constant tax legislation changes and updates out there.
