- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All the information in regards to pricing is on our website, FAQs page. Pricing will vary from each customer, this is because of the equipment the customer decides to use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would like to have a conversation over the phone in regards to your exact needs. This includes how many users, Area needed to be covered, Wired or Wireless, Quality of equipment, etc. From their I can come and survey the environment. Once these steps are completed we can order the equipment and begin installation once it arrives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently am enrolled in Cisco's CCNA Routing & Switching Course. Have successfully installed multiple home networks and troubleshooted problems that were encountered. I also have the Cisco IT Essentials Certification (Certified with Merit), OSHA-10 Hour Card, CompTia IT Fundamentals Certification.
