- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
***20% of total cost is required at start of project,$300 per week after start, plus cost of extra hands per hr each week, rest in full at end of project*** ***LABOR PRICES ONLY*** ***Materials priced later*** For average sized rooms (large rooms +$50 each) We charge $150 for each bedroom, hallway and bathroom. We charge $200 for each living room, kitchen, den, etc. We charge $50 for each closet. We charge $150 for all cabinets. We charge $1.50/sq ft for exterior projects. Extra hands are paid $12/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first call or email you can set a time and date to meet at the property. While we are there I will take my measurements and ask about specific things concerning the property. You are welcome to ask any questions at anytime.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get lots of estimates. You never know who might be able to give you a great deal.
