Coy was a joy to work with, from beginning to end! He was quick to respond to our Thumbtack request and was able to meet us at our flip house on our schedule. His communication was excellent from start to finish and he didn't suddenly become hard to reach after we paid our deposit. He was very thorough and gave us multiple options for our cabinets and explained to pro's and con's of each option and allowed us the time we required to think about the route we wanted to take. It was refreshing to have a contractor just lay out the facts and not try to pressure us one way or another. He was very polite and patient. We have worked with countless contractors over the years and through dozens of flips and it is rare to find a contractor like Coy, he is the kind of contractor you want to hold on to! If you've been through this process you know exactly what i mean! His prices are fair for the quality in materials, craftsmanship and professionalism he provided. We look forward to calling upon him to do the cabinets for our many other properties and look forward to having a long standing relationship with his company. We Top It did an excellent job helping us retrofit our kitchen cabinets for a new micro-oven combo that had a different cut out size than we needed. The new oven fit perfectly and the cabinet changes were seamless and look great! We hope to use them again!
