- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Deeya takes pride in excellent customer service by going above and beyond to make this a stress-free and fun process. We require a 10% refundable fee (if canceled 3 weeks in advance) to hold a date and an additional 30% fee (nonrefundable) a week prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Deeya has 3 years experience with being a vendor for festivals, concerts, fairs, markets, and community events selling out at numerous of its events.
