I called Shad on a Friday night to view a property that I found online. I wasn't ready to buy yet, and had been recommended to him by a family member. I told him a visit to the property would be premature, thinking realistically I couldn't even think about making an offer before my house sold. On Saturday, he showed my husband and I the property, we loved it and on Monday we made an offer. We moved into our home exactly 30 days after we had first seen it.
Shad's attention to detail and communication were exactly what we wanted from a realtor and I couldn't have asked for more. The buying process is very stressful and Shad made it clear and detailed throughout escrow. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend to others.

Shad is very client-focused. He took a lot of time to get to know me and to know what I was looking for in a home. He was interested in me as a person and did not try to make a quick sale. He asked a lot of questions and showed me a wide variety of homes over a 6 month period. He always gave me his honest opinion and if a deal wasn't right, he would give sound rationale. Because he was patient and focused on me as a person, I ended up with exactly the right house at the right price.
Shad is attentive, quick to respond, communicative, and always went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and comfortable with how the purchase was progressing. He partnered extremely well with the other realtor and took care of every detail. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and well connected in the area.

Shad did a wonderful job of representing us as both a seller and a buyer. He really listened to our needs and wants and was able to navigate the tricky process of selling our co-op unit. He then was able to time everything perfectly so that we could close on our new house immediately after the sale of our co-op, thus saving us the hassle of having to move twice.
