- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price you are given will be true with no hidden fees. For clients that request weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings will be given a discount :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
New homeowners, apartments, old owners moving out, and monthly regular clients.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am fond of all my jobs as well as my clients. I enjoy cleaning and helping people by taking the stress of cleaning out of their busy schedule. "can you help me please I'm stressing out, company is coming by tomorrow" or " The new owners move in tomorrow and I'm overwhelmed and cant do anymore" The fact that I can help someone out who is in need makes me happy. Helping others is what its about and the final product that you have helped them attain is a good feeling knowing they can focus their time elsewhere and not worry about cleaning. Each cleaning job is different as far as time frame it takes to finish contingent upon the job.
