- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the nature of our work, pricing is dependent on the job and scope of work required. For larger projects we will come to you to inspect the site, and then provide a quote based on materials and labor. For smaller handyman tasks we can provide service at an hourly rate to simplify the process and get the work done for you as quickly as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For larger jobs, we will come to you to inspect the property and offer a fair quote based on the work required. For smaller handyman tasks we offer an hourly rate for convenience to allow us to come in and complete the work in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alan has 20+ years experience as licensed general contractor. He has built custom homes from the ground up and completed commercial build projects. Alan is a carpenter by trade, and first found his love for woodworking in shop class in high school. After college, Alan decided he preferred to pursue a career in carpentry rather than spend his days sitting behind a desk, and eventually went on to found Linz Construction.
