- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe personal finance is personal. I want to get to know you and what's important to you. That way we can find a balance for using your money to enjoy the present while preparing for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in education. I received a financial coaching certification through Ramsey Solutions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For as long as I can remember I've wanted to be a teacher. After spending 10 years in the classroom, I was ready to use my love of teaching in a different way. Personal finance has always interested me. Every chance I had I would read books or take courses to expand my knowledge in this area. When I found the opportunity to combine my heart for teaching with personal finance, I jumped and never looked back!
