I have my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Texas State University. I have been Personal Training since 2008 and have been blessed to meet and achieve my clients fitness goals! You guys are my motivation and I LOVE meeting and changing people's lives! I enjoy getting to my clients goals and getting to know my clients on a personal level. This is my true passion and I am here to help others achieve as much as they have the potential to achieve!

Training with Edgar for almost 4 years has been quite successful. I lost 110 pounds the first 18 months and have kept it off. The personal attention he provides during my work out sessions and the knowledge he has of his profession makes him a Great Trainer. I highly recommend Edgar because not only has he motivated me but when your 57 and life feels like my early 20's there is no turning back. I could have never done this without his drive. D.

I had been consistently working out for about a year before starting my training with Edgar, and the experience has been amazing! Edgar helped me to gain strength while focusing on great form, and honoring my particular limitations and restrictions. We were able to pack in a solid overall body workout into each session, making every moment of our time count! I highly recommend him to anyone!

Edgar is the best! I've been working on and off with him for the last nearly 2 years. I've even decided to use him for all of 2018 to help keep me on track. He came into my life when I was really uncomfortable with myself and needed help getting out of a funk. I've never had such good results with anyone else. Edgar knows his stuff. He makes himself available for questions outside of sessions and checks in with me to make sure I haven't fallen off the wagon! He has also become a good friend, which helps, because I know he will never judge me if I look silly doing an exercise or put on some extra lbs for the holidays (guilty of this). Take advantage of this wonderful person if you are looking for a trainer!
