- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $75 an hour with a one hour minimum, after the first hour we will break it into 20 minute increments, offering discounts for booking 4 hours and 8 hours or more. Also appointments for fixed price quotes are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing the project with the homeowner and determining their needs we can schedule an appointment based on an hourly rate with a budget timeframe or set up a time for a fixed price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Six years in the U.S. Navy Seabees in the Builder rating. 15 years as a self-employed subcontractor working residential construction in finish carpentry, framing, kitchen and bath remodeling including all phases of construction. 14 years as a superintendent with homebuilders and general contractors.
