Introduction: Prism provides on-site catering services for small parties of 20 to large events of more than 500, serving everything from rustic comfort foods to elegant gourmet dishes. In addition to traditional fare, our team specializes in vegetarian/vegan meals, gluten-free baked goods/desserts, and can accommodate most dietary restrictions (low-carb, no processed sugars, etc.). For customers who may want additional services, we have a wide network of established cooks and pastry chefs to bring your dreams to the table. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every event has different catering needs - we at Prism try to accommodate any budget. We can do low-cost drop-off for small gatherings, or full-service party catering for larger events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We try to accommodate all our clients' needs to the best of our abilities. Prism will ask you a series of questions regarding the size of your event, dietary specifications, meal/food item preferences, and your preferred price range. We can also set up a tasting session for large parties and special occasions such as weddings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Both founders of Prism Catering are nationally ServSafe certified and have a combined 10+ years of high-volume experience, including pastries and desserts.
