- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event has different catering needs - we at Prism try to accommodate any budget. We can do low-cost drop-off for small gatherings, or full-service party catering for larger events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to accommodate all our clients' needs to the best of our abilities. Prism will ask you a series of questions regarding the size of your event, dietary specifications, meal/food item preferences, and your preferred price range. We can also set up a tasting session for large parties and special occasions such as weddings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both founders of Prism Catering are nationally ServSafe certified and have a combined 10+ years of high-volume experience, including pastries and desserts.
