- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I don't give an estimates over the phone or an email. Every dress is different style and fit, Fitting is the best way to determine the amount of work involved in a sewing and beading (if needed) process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer has to come with shoes and undergarments for the bridal and formal wear.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
