- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing usually depends on the size and leadtime of the event. It also can vary due to the type of services a client may request. During the consultation, we will go into greater detail of what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with each client and find out where they are in the planning process. What have they done so far on their own? What is the goal or vision for their event. Will that goal/vision fit within the budget?Based on that I can begin to work on a timeline and schedule to execute a memorable and successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in the nonprofit world for close to a decade planning fundraisers, conferences, you name it. You have to be very detail oriented and time sensitive to each project. There were alot of people depending on the success of an event and I could not let them down. We also had very limited budgets, so I got to learn how everything worked: registration, handling VIPs, seting up the event, booking and managing vendors.
