Introduction: Marquissa Williams founder of Elevate Leadership Enterprises is a leader who is focused on developing others to their full potential. Elevate Leadership Enterprises was designed to assist individuals, companies and faith-based communities in developing healthy leaders by providing workshops, seminars, motivational speaking and other resources to aid in an individual's or collective group's success. My motto is "creating the blueprint for your leadership success." It is understood that every business and every person is unique and requires specialized attention so that specific needs are met. Individual coaching is available as well. The core of Elevate Leadership is all about the people because they matter first and foremost and are the reason why this company exists.
