Introduction: Hello all,
My name is Ciara Starks and I love to transform clients in wonderful masterpieces. Beauty comes from within however its wonderful to look well on the outside as well! I also have the able to do airbrush makeup which looks beautiful and lasts many hours.
For the longest I suffered from terrible acne and I would always mask it with makeup. I found out how to keep my skin clear as well as applying wonderful makeup as well. I enjoy showing clients different levels of makeup such as everyday or night time makeup.

Ciara was very professional, she takes her time to make sure she does the job well, and asks your preference to make sure she's meeting your expectations. She's my "go to" when I need my face done for any event ranging from a night out with the girls to a wedding. I highly recommend her.
