- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't do standard, one size fits all pricing. All clients pricing is different. However, I do value transparency. Our marketing fees are primarily based on the competitiveness of your search term(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand their goals holistically to determine how I can best help. I typically start with a phone or in-person conversation for us to understand exactly your needs. I begin by asking you key questions and what exactly you will need, and in particularly from us. Based on that picture, me and my team provide a full proposal that lays out in detail deliverables, cost and turn-around time. I love working with people and am very easy to work with and get along with.

I have an MBA and a track record of wining online. I am a digital marketing expert who has years of experience working on my own personal projects and for my clients.
