He currently is a NASM certified personal trainer as well as fitness nutrition specialist. Matthew is also a student at Temple University in Philadelphia majoring in exercise science. Subsequently, he plans on furthering his education to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In his free time, Matthew likes expanding his knowledge in health, fitness, and human anatomy as he's an active member of Brent Brookbush Institute Of Human Movement Science. My main passion comes from watching people become the person they were better than yesterday. Over the years of being in the fitness industry, I realized how much fitness can have a positive influence on someones life so I decided I wanted to help motivate people to achieve that happiness. Fitness is more than just a hobby, it's a lifestyle and I'm here to teach people how to balance their personal life as well as their health and still be able to enjoy a happier, healthier life.

I know Matthew now for more than 2 years. He was the one who motivated me to start working out, he goes to the gym now for 9 years 6 times a week. He loves to work out to train and to live a healthy lifestyle. I've always been skinny without working out or taking care of my body by eating the right food. When I met Matthew he motivated me to start to work out and get muscles (which I wasn't having a lot) so I went with him to the gym and it was fun. Whenever I went with him he took care of me. I followed him around he explained to me what he was doing and what to focus on. When it was my turn to do the exercise he made sure I was doing it the right way because otherwise I would have destroyed my joints. He is a very kind trainer and he motivates somebody and he is the right person to go to if you need someone to motivate you to start training he also gives advise on which protein you should take or vitamins to stay healthy. He isn't focusing on just helping you to lose weight (of course you'll lose weight when you work out and eat the right food) he wants to change your lifestyle in a healthier one by making you love to take care of yourself. ‭‭ -Nian
