- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always agree with the client on a price, based on my quote and how long it will take to complete the work. I also try to provide for the possibility of follow-up work, if any should be necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take great care and as much time as possible learning what is needed and delivering the most precisely constructed and careful work that I can create. I happily correct deficiencies and seek above all a good working relation with clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years writing for newspapers, magazines and businesses. I am deeply conversant with both AP and Chicago styles. My clients have included hospitals, private individuals, tech startups, major technology businesses and universities.
