- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For typical drop & go breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, a common price per head ranges from $10-15. It all depends on how large the group it (the larger the group, the lower the price per head), and the type of variety of food being requested. We can work within any budget however. For private parties held on one of our premises, there is a different pricing system used depending on how much space is needed, if alcohol is included, how large the group is, etc., but those parties are generally anywhere from $15-30/ person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We feel its best for the customer to first check us out online on yelp (Couch Tomato Catering, Philadelphia PA), google, and our website. Then, you may come to the Manayunk, PA branch of our restaurant to meet and discuss OR you may call our main catering hotline as well, as found online (cannot list here due to thumbtack rules). One of our catering managers will then walk you through all the details of working with our company, whether you are setting up an account with us for repeat orders OR simply looking to place one single catering order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15 years in the catering business, and cater about 150 events each week, starting back in 2003. We also have two branches of The Couch Tomato Cafe' and one branch of The Tomato Bistro (Manayunk | West Chester, PA). We are a leading caterer in the Philadelphia and surrounding area due to our great food, style of menu, and price point.
