- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client's needs and physical capabilities before setting the training plan. Training should be tailored for each individual rather than trying to make individual fit the training program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Psychology degree. Running, soccer, strength and condition workouts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After hearing for a long time from many people that they would love if I was their coach I decided to try it out and it's been going great!
