Introduction: I take a down-to-earth and genuine therapeutic approach to create a welcoming and healing therapeutic environment. I understand how difficult it can be to begin therapy which is why it is so important for me to build a safe and trusting relationship with my clients from the start. I am committed to helping my clients become the best version of themselves by tailoring my therapeutic approach to fit the unique needs of each client, couple or family. I have always been passionate about helping others and being a psychotherapist allows me to love what I do every day. I have extensive training and experience in helping clients work through relational stresses. I specialize in treatment of anxiety and depression and am also passionate about working with couples facing relationship challenges, communication difficulties and helping couples to regain sexual and emotional intimacy. It is a humbling experience to be a psychotherapist and witness my clients transform into the person they never believed they could be. I am grateful to each of my clients for feeling comfortable sharing their stories with me and work to give each client the safe environment that they deserve. I love building a relationship with my clients that is healing for them. I love to see my clients transform before my eyes into the person they always wanted to be but never believed that they could be. I love to help guide and witness my client's journey into understanding themselves and their relationships more fully and helping them to lead a more fulfilled life. It is a truly humbling experience to be a psychotherapist and to experience the strength in my clients journey as they pull themselves up from their lowest points in their lives. It is inspiring to me both personally and professionally.
