- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 15% military discounts as well as 15% senior discounts and 15% discounts for return customers and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually come out and give a free estimate according to the information from the customer. If they know what they want, we do a quick run through and I get right to it. If it is more involved, I will check it out first if I need to troubleshoot then I will, I usually do not charge for that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Union Electrical Apprentice and I have been working in the field for almost three years with three years and on going electrical schooling.
