FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most personal injury, medical malpractice, and any cases involving injuries and/or damages are handled on a contingent fee basis which means that you pay nothing up front, or by the hour, and ultimately, you pay only if a recovery is made on your behalf for you. This is determined upon the initial consultation which is ALWAYS of no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact, we will have an initial consultation (either in person, on the phone, or via email). We will determine what is involved and what steps need to be taken. If there is a viable claim, we will then arrange to meet with you (or remotely) send you the necessary paperwork to initiate our representation of your interests. All questions will be answered at this time relative to the claim and how it will be handled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Law School at Temple University in Philadelphia. I have been practicing law since 1989, focusing most of that work in the areas of personal injury (all types, including car crashes, trucking, motorcycle, falls, products liability, etc.). I also focus in medical negligence and child birth injury cases, and catastrophic injury cases.
