Was quoted $89 online for rekeying two locks. When he got here price went up to 99. Then we asked him to open up a locked desk. Charged 150 for that which took about 10 minutes. Feeling ripped off.

You were quoted for rekeying two basic locks. your locks are not basic.In addition, we unlocked 3 additional locks which was 1 desk 1 drawer and your wife’s jewelry box .the time it took to complete the job is based on skill and technique. We are not in the business of ripping off customers. We are an honest, family owned and operated company.

NEVER SHOWED UP FOR OUR APPOINTMENT OR CALLED TO ADVISE THEY WOULDN'T BE COMING. I FOUND SOMEONE WHO BEAT THEIR PRICE AND THEY CAME ON TIME. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL :(
