- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are “flat rate.” Pricing is always upfront and we consistently offer promotions and pre/post season discounts. We extend additional discounts to seniors and active members of the armed forces. We also offer maintenance plans and residential and commercial service contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Over 90% of all calls come directly to my personal cell phone. At that point, I’ll ask you to share as much as you can about the problem or project in question. . We’ll then agree on an appointment date and time to inspect/assess your concern. As all of our customers would testify to, expect to gain a wealth of information on that first call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my 24 years at PGW as a heating and air conditioning specialist, I participated in their continual education/training program. Through the program , I earned certification from leading manufacturers of heating and air conditioning equipment and products. While at PGW, I also graduated with honors from Philadelphia Wireless Institute of Technology for HVAC. Innovations within the HVAC industry are a welcomed certainty. As such, we at ep210 Heating and Cooling continually seek out and attend the appropriate training/seminars and certification. ep210 holds certifications from these manufacturers: YORK.
