- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We required a deposit, how much and if it's refundable or not. Also if there's a fee for delivery and if it's drop off only will there be a fee for setup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the customer for a week to find out what they are looking for and once we agree on everything we require a deposit. All of our customers usually pay in full, but we can work with you with payment installments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my business out of a need to care for my two children. My daughter Sequoya and my son Jaylin. Jaylin was a special needs child and i was not able to return back to work after his birth. When he passed away in 2005 at 34 months old i decided to help families with special needs children and we do this from a portion of the sales from the business I named after them. As of today Sequoya still helps me with the business and we have helped many families.
