Introduction: We offer more than hour long sessions. Most places will give you an hour of their time and nothing more. With us, you also will receive scripted workout routines. Meaning, even when you are not meeting with a trainer you will still receive workout plans for days that you feel comfortable hitting the gym alone. Secondly, you will receive nutritional counseling to ensure that we’re working on our muscles while outside of the gym. And lastly, you will receive monthly assessments at the end of every month. Meaning, we will go over your body weight, body fat percentage, as well as your BMI. It is important to always track your progress.
