- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know I try not to overcharged, based on the prices I do charge, I make sure I do a thorough cleaning of each of the job duties, I do take my time on each job duties to get it done right. Usually discounts are offer to customers who need a weekly or monthly cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is an introduction for us both to get to know about each other. Next, is a observation of the job duties of what needs to be done. Through out the time I am doing the job duties, I usually check in with the customer to make sure the duties they want done is getting done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The most professional training experience I have related to this work is 4 years of cleaning in the military.
