- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is based off of the size of the home as well as the specific needs of the home owner, as well as how often cleaning is needed. Each quote can be completely customized to fit your needs as well as your price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we provide a custom quote to fit their needs. We tour the home, find out exactly what the client is looking for and what they are particular about. Then we work together to find a perfect price point, creating a custom check list and cleaning menu for every client, because after all, no house is the same. Then we match you with a cleaner, and work with your schedule to make a perfect fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Megan, has 8 years experience in the cleaning industry. Our cleaners are all thoroughly trained, and their work goes through regular inspections to make sure our clients are thrilled with their work. Our cleaners all speak fluent English, and pass a background check before they are hired, so that you know you can trust them with your home completely.
