FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on an hourly fee which depends upon the number of movers and trucks needed to complete the job at hand. For a local move, the clock starts when we arrive there at your current location and ends after unloading at your final destination. I only add 1 hour to the total time for travel. This gives my men 30 minutes to get to you and 30 minutes to get back to our warehouse after completing your move. There is a 10% fuel charge and we DO NOT have any additional fees for stairs, elevators or additional stops. If you are in need of short haul services (within the state but not local), long distance, or international moving services than transportation fees will be adjusted according to distance and Tariff rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, getting information about their specific needs, then educating the client in regards to the services we provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
