- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is meet my customer at their property and perform a thorough water chemistry check, followed by an inspection of all equipment and then I offer my professional advise. It's very simple and no pressure!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a CPO "Certified Pool Operator " I've also been cleaning pools with my father since I was a young child.
