- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services can be negotiated and made to fit within a specific budget. Please contact us, as we generally can meet and beat any quote. We do not lock in specific rates as we try to work with the customer as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with trying to gather as much info from you, our client. We strive to gain a full scope of your project and put ourselves in your shoes. We want to make your event a success. After we get basic info, we want to hear your story and ideas. We love being able to collaborate with our clients and share ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our highly trained staff, technicians and designers are working professionals in the industry they represent. We only employ artisans with the skill and artistry and respect for the end goal. We strive for high standards. Our team consists of various degrees in theatrical design and production, hospitality, hotel and restaurant management, technical trade schools and have accredited thousands of on the job education and experience.
