- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do when working with a new customer is have a 5-10 min phone call. This allows me to get to know my clients business and really find out more about their business and the goals they want to accomplish. We put together a customized strategic solution to get their business where they want it to be. No one business is the same so we want to find out your needs to make a solution for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our company has worked with all types of businesses from retail to law firms, Hvac, Plumbing, everyone in the health industry. We work with everyone!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are qualified and able to do what are requesting. Read reviews on the company and make sure they are not using a standard template for all businesses. Not many companies customize towards your business.
