Jack of Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional in the overall project of my tiled roof underlayment replacement, I was very impressed with him. His crew was also very professional and courteous. They showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and if I had any questions they had the right answers. I would highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling for any project a homeowner has in mind. An outstanding job performed. I would have to say that this has been the best contractor experience I've ever had

Brandon was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable about roofing. He was one of several bids I acquired to do a complete underlay replacement for a tile roof. The crew that came out was extremely competent, and worked well together. So much so, that many of our neighbors commented to me about the excellent job being done on our roof. Cleaned up every day, and even had a major night of rain during their work that they were thoroughly prepared for. They definitely achieved a five star result. Since this is a project where most of the cost is labor, I really appreciated that I was quoted only with premium materials, and options to upgrade from there. All of the other bids I received were using low cost products, and I had to ask for upgrades to get up to the product Brandon proposed as the baseline. Seems kind of silly to spend a lot of money and then use inferior products. I highly recommend Brandon and Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling. Jim Gutman Update 7/14/2018. After the rains this week, I discovered a wet spot on the ceiling in our garage. Thought we might have a leak. Then, I realized that one of our A/C units was right in the same area. Texted Brandon on Friday evening and he responded almost immediately. Told him it could be either the roof or the A/C and he told me he would have the crew out regardless and would check both things. As good as his word, the crew showed up Saturday morning. Turned out to be the A/C unit drip pan, not the roof. But, they were there right away to check it out. After the sale service just as great as before the sale conversations. Thanks again Brandon.

In the roofing and remodeling industry this is very difficult to do. In most cases, we need to see the project and/or repair and talk to the homeowners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Listen and understand what the client wants or needs. 2) Propose solutions. 3) Discuss the best options and pricing. 4) Write and sign the contract. 5) Receive the deposit and schedule work. 6) Finish project and review. 7) Collect final payment. 8) Sign off on warranty document.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arizona ROC Licensed Contractor. Licensed Arizona Home Inspector. Used to be a HAAG Certified Residential and Commercial Roofing Inspector. 20+ years in the roofing and remodeling industry with hundreds of roofs installed.
